Which course should I pursue after completing B.Com to get good career prospects?

Dear Shruti,
I can understand your concern regarding the wastage of two years. But as you said you are interested in HR field then you can go for MBA in HR which Is a very good field but it can only be done after graduation. Meanwhile, you can prepare for MBA entrance exams.

After B.Com, you are advised to complete your M.Com with some certificate courses like business analyst, excel, etc. You will surely get a job after completing your post graduate degree.

Hi Shruti,
There are plenty of professional courses available for you.
One of the simplest things to do is go for B.Com followed by M.Com and then maybe Ph.D.
There's also an option to go for CA, CS, CMA and at times LLB.
You also have the option of lesser known courses like FRM, CFA and actuary a

CFA is a globally recognised course which provides you specialization in investment analysis and portfolio management.
You need to have 4 years of experience which can be a combination of college and work, both.
