    It depends on your interest and future career options. M.Pharm can help you get a good job in a pharmaceutical company. Mostly in the R and D department or production unit or you can continue your academic pursuit as a lecturer/reader in a pharma College. After completing MBA in CSMM, your career options are going to get limited. You can only work in pharma sales and marketing department. In pharma sales and marketing, progression depends on hard work, competition, budgets, targets, and performance.     M.Pharm is mostly valued in Europe, US and other western countries lfor the profession of a medical doctor. Coming to B.Pharm with MBA, it gives you to work good pharma companies. Therefore, choose accordingly based on your interest.
