Which course should I pursue after completing B.Pharm?

There are lot of scope. I am going to talk about the paths commonly opted by students:
Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing). Its all about your interest if you are interested in Research then go for M. pharmacy there are various specialisation in this field like pharmaceutics, Pharma analysis, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical chemistry. If you like business, management and all then go for MBA (Pharma MBA or specialised in marketing and sales, operations, Hospital management). If you are interested in doing government job, you can apply for government. Pharmacist, Drug inspector, UPSC, etc.
Even you can do LL.B. And become a lawyer. -
Either you can start practice as a Registered Pharmacist after getting Registration with Pharmacy Council. You will get employment opportunities in Hospitals / Pharma Companies, Medical Shops etc. If you are interested in Pharma Sales / Marketing, you can join with Pharmaceutical companies as" Medical Repp's.," later Area Managers, Regional Managers, Zonal Managers etc.
You can chose M Pharm in any specialization you are interested. You can also go for Pharm D which is new course recently introduced in India. Pharm D is a Doctoral Program, after B Pharm, can complete with 3 years. 2 years study + 1 year internship.
