As you want to become teacher, B.Sc B.Ed is sufficient educational qualification that will help you to get TGT jobs only. In order to have better teaching career you are recommended to do M.Sc B.Ed so that you can grow into PGT and higher educational admin roles.

It depends on your interest. If you want teaching job, B.Ed is good but if you want to join industry, M.Sc is advisable.

I will suggest to go for Master degree, it will help to understand subject in depth. In addition, it will give you a number of options for your future. In fact, B.Ed is not required for joining teaching in higher classes at university level.
