Master of Science in computer science
Master of Computer Applications
MBA
PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications)
The first option is naturally the next step. As you have a Bachelors in CS, it would make sense for you to pursue a Master's Degree in the same subject. Mumbai University
