Which course should I pursue after completing B.Sc in microbiology to get good career prospects, M.Sc or MCA?

    Thanks for asking
    If you want to make career in the same field (Micro Biology), then, yes, you should go for M.Sc.
    Then you can apply for CSIR NET Life Science exam, which is the national level eligibility test for Science students to pursue career as Junior Research fellow or a Lecturer.
    There are other career options also available after qualifying CSIR NET Exam, like get a job in PSU or pursue PhD, work in CSIR Labs etc.

    Go for M.Sc for better opportunity and if you can make to integrated M.Sc PhD program that would take you to a good position and lot more. You can work as a research scientist, lecturer after clearing NET and good hospitals or laboratories as a microbiologists, MCA if you want. First, decide where you want to make your career in: IT or as a microbiologists.
