"If you are seeking for management level job, then go for MBA and if you think you are more of a technical person, then you should go for M.tech.
For pursuing MBA, you can go for :
    - IIMs
    - xavier institute of mangement, Bhubaneswar
    - S.P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai
    - UPES, Dehradun
    - ICFAI university, mumbai
For pursuing M.Tech, you can go for :
    IIT's
    DTU, Delhi
    Thappar university, Patiala
    UPES, Dehradun
    NIT's"

M.tech in chemical engineering will be better for you. It has more scope as compared to MBA. It will be related to your field of study. Also, you can develop your career in the same field. If you are interested in management, then you can choose MBA. But whatever you choose, MBA or M.Tech, it should be done from reputed institutes only because today many are pursuing MBA and are not getting up jobs. So choose wisely. I thing M.Tech have better scope.
