If you don't want to make career in Engineering, you can choose MBA after completing B.Tech with this CPGA. RIMT University is one of the university in Punjab, you can easily get admission with this marks. http://rimt.ac.in/school-of-management-studies.php.

If you have a good score, and still eager to know about the subject more, then choose M.Tech.
    All the best.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case, you intend to pursue a career in Technical /Research / Academics area then M.Tech is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.
