I would like you to go for the MBA, because the scope of MBA is really good for the candidate who has an technical background he/she can get many good opportunities, if you can manage to score really good percentile in CAT exam, so you may get any of the top B Schools of India, which can assure you a really good and happening career. Even you can go for M.Tech, but again you have to score really good marks in the GATE exam, so you have to work hard for both the exams. So, try to clear any of the two both are good, but I will suggest you to go with MBA.

Hello,Each of these fields are equally good, as per career option. If you have a forte in engineering and wants to continue, then go for M.Tech. If research field is enticing you, then look for M.Sc in suitable genre. MBA is for those aspirants who think that they can utilize their engineering aspects into business world. All the best and choose wisely.

If you do MBA, you will perceive both managerial and technical skills. So, you will have better job opportunities later on. So, pursue MBA, if you like to study real life situations.

If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream then you may go for M.Tech, else M.Sc would be a good option. You should have 55% marks for B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech: IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, and Anna University

If you are good with programming skills then you must go for M.Tech because it's all about your master of the basics you've learnt in B.Tech. But if you don't have any interest in what you've learnt in B.Tech then you can go for another M.Sc MBA.

Hello, a student from Science background is eligible for MBA. The course provides knowledge about management. Science students find the course syllabi a little hard due to lack of commerce knowledge but with hard work anyone can overcome difficulties. Since you have technical skills from B.Tech, I will suggest you to go for MBA because management knowledge will add another feather to your cap. Rest depends on where your interest takes you. All the best.
