Which course should I pursue after completing B.Tech, MBA or M.Tech?

It depends on your interest. If you have skill, then you can do best in your area after B.Tech. If you have many co-curricular activities, good percentage, and good in English, then go for CAT. If you are good at technical, then go for M.Tech through GATE.

Yes, it is a good option but you have to be good at English & aptitude. As well as, your college must be a reputed one. Otherwise, there is no meaning of all this.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, then M.Tech is better. However, if you want to move into general management MBA is better.

If you want go to for Management, then choose MBA. But, if you want to take firm grip on your domain, then go for M.Tech. It completely depends on your choice of interest.

You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. Both are very different from one another, so you should choose the one you are more interested towards. Because M.Tech would be totally technical and MBA would be fully market-based. And the job opportunity would also be different after both the courses.
