Hello,
Both the fields are very different and before choosing one you should to know your strengths and skills.
Web development means all the front end coding
so if you have good knowledge of languages like PHP, asp, Java then you should go with web development.

I can understand your difficulty. Same is the problem with many IT students. Look Sana, designing also needs programming knowledge, but it does not need logical skill, so you may go with this.
If you know a little about programming, then you can also opt for software testing.
