Which course should I pursue after completing BBA to get a government job?

To get a government job, you don't need to do any other course. BBA itself fulfills the eligibility criteria which is that you must be a graduate.
There are many government exams, you can join a good coaching and prepare for them.
Some of the prestigious exams are -
UPSE
CDS
SSC CGL
IBPS and SBI PO
Indian Railways
