For Getting good salaries you can opt for MBA from top Bschools with great performance and good scores, make yourslf industry oriented with certification as well. -

You can go for MBA or PGDM. In India, management education is fragmented. Top B-schools like IIMs, later, top private business schools, universities etc., for this you are required to take examinations like CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT, etc. Therefore, take CAT examination and then get a good score, you can join IIMs for PGDM programme to achieve bright future with great salaries.
