It is difficult for freshers to become an IT designer. You are advised to do MCA and join a good IT company. After few years of development experience and based on your technical skills, you can grow in the role of technical architect or solution architect. In these two roles you will have opportunities to do IT products or applications design work.

I would suggest you to pursue MCA after BCA as it is an excellent course with good job opportunities.
