Which course should I pursue after completing BE, MBA, M.Tech or MS?

It depends on your field of interest if you have a keen interest in business/finance/economy than MBA is a good option. If you want to continue in the technical field than M.Tech is a good option. If you want to work for MNCs than MS is better. M.Tech and MBA have few premiere institutes which will
