    Hi,
If you aim for some higher posts like CEO or some bossy posts it's better to choose MBA because it will help you in pursuing higher posts in the company. MS along with MBA would be even better because you will be preferred among thousands if you have both Masters degrees with you.
I hope this will be useful for you.
    All the best.
  • It entirely depends on your interest, if down the line you see yourself at a managerial position and you think you are more inclined and more interested in studying management, you should go for MBA.
But, if you feel you are more interested in learning the technicalities and want to improve your technical skills by learning the nitty gritty, then you should go for M.Tech. So, it entirely about your interest and what you would enjoy learning more.

    Hi,
You can go for any of the courses, which suits your interest. After the BE course you can go for MBA also as it's a management course and M.Tech too if your interest is only in technology.
    All the best!

If you are eyeing for a career in management field then MBA is better. If you want to continue in enhancing your technical skills then M.Tech is a better option.
