Which course should I pursue after completing BE, MS or MBA?

Honestly speaking I would say you to go for MS or ME. If you want to go for MBA I would say get some experience first and then go for MBA degree. If you have some practice work experience under your belt it will definitely give you an edge over others.

If you want to continue your career in technical field than MS is a good option, that too MS from abroad. If you have interest in management roles then go for MBA and try to get in premiere B-Schools like IIMS/IIFT/Xavier's.
