Which course should I pursue after completing class 12th as I want to appear for IAS exam, BA or B.Sc?

I definitely suggest you to go with B.Sc. And in the mean while you Can focus on the history part which you have studied in the high school level. Read NCERT text from 8 to 10th regularly in case of history and geography.
