Which course should I pursue after completing class 12th, BMS or BBA? Which is the best college for the same? I live in Mumbai.

For business studies go for BBA. Search for top colleges in Mumbai. Apply to some of them as the colleges have criteria based on 12th and entrance scores. If any of the colleges have integrated BBA+MBA then try to focus on that. This will save your one year. Also, you don't have to do MBA again. Job prospects are much better after MBA.
