You can go for B.Com+CA, BBA+MBA or B.Com+MBA.

If you are doing CA then you can take admission in an average or good college near you. And your CA goes with your B.Com but make sure you don't take as a regular student in your school and if you take regular and college give you permission you can only come the for the exam, then it is okay.
