Which course should I pursue after completing class 12th?

I have completed class 12th but did not score good marks in the board exam due to insufficient preparation. I have scored 79% in boards. I didn't qualify JEE Mains and I don't expect a good score in CET as well. I prefer engineering but if there is any other option I would like to know.
