Which course should I pursue after completing Diploma in CSE for better career prospects?

Dear Sankar,
You should do B.Tech in CSE after completing Diploma in engineering. For that, you will have to appear for the LEET exam conducted by each state university. You will get direct admission in the 2nd year of engineering.
