    After completing your Diploma, you can also apply for junior engineer jobs in Government or private sectors. But, I suggest you to further pursue your higher studies that is your B.Tech in the same field in which you have done your Diploma. Doing B.Tech can provide great platform of new job opportunities in your future which is much better than the Diploma jobs.

    Hello Biv,
    You can pursue degree in electrical, electronics, communication, etc. after completing your Diploma. A degree will definitely give you better opportunities.
