Based on your branch in Diploma, you can pursue BE/B.Tech in respective branch of your choice based on the Diploma. You can take lateral entry into 2nd year of engineering degree. Based on your Percentage or CGPA in Diploma, you may get various engineering colleges. Good luck.

B.Tech through lateral entry (direct second year admission) will be best for you, you have to appear for LEET examination to get a good college.
