Which course should I pursue after completing ITI?
I have completed 2 years ITI course. I have also qualified my NCVT exam.

After ITI, you are eligible for Diploma course. So, first complete Diploma then you can pursue BE / B.Tech.

My self here completed ITI mechanical but mostly interested software field how can I get that?

BE or B.Tech through lateral entry will be the best. You may either take admission on percentage basis of Diploma or appear for LEET examination for entry into premier colleges.
