Which course should I pursue after completing my B.Sc in IT?

You may choose different IT Professional Certification courses like Cisco, Microsoft, Virtualization or Cloud Computing.
Apart from that under Software Development - JAVA, ASP.Net, PHP, IOS or Android development have futures.
Game Design, Animation, Graphic Designing and Multimedia are other options but it depends a lot on a person's creativity skills.
To the end, I would suggest you are the best judge to decide your interest and inclination which is most important. -
It is recommended that you do MSc IT if you are good in programming & computer science, else, you may change career by doing MBA.
