Which course should I pursue after completing my B.Tech in civil engineering in order to get a good job?
I am a final year student of B.Tech in civil engineering. I am aware of courses like AutoCAD and Revit.

You must post your resume on online portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, Shine.com to find a job which is ideal for your profile. Don't worry about the salary in your first job. Focus on getting a job where you can learn a lot. Also, all the while you are searching a job, keep developing your skills and keep brushing your subject knowledge to be better prepared to take the best advantage of any opportunity that knocks your door.

1. Campus Placement:
If you are not interested in pursuing higher studies. You can get placed in a firm through campus placement.
2. Opt for M.Tech in civil engineering with the specialisation of your choice:Structural EngineeringTraffic and Transportation EngineeringHydraulics and Water Resources EngineeringEnvironment EngineeringGeotechnical EngineeringConstruction ManagementSoil & Foundation Engineering
The duration of following courses are two years. For this, you need to prepare well for GATE exam (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) to get admission in IITs, IISC or NITs.
