    You should go for M.Tech as it will benefit you more as compared to MBA. The salary package is same in both the fields of pursued from a reputed institute. So you do not need to worry about career. Just go for M.Tech. You can also choose for an option inPSU through your GATE exam and score.

    As per my knowledge, Both MBA and M.Tech have their advantages and drawbacks. It is the personal preference of the aspirants and the possibility of securing a seat in a reputed institute that drives the decision of choosing one among these two popular educational programs. If you want to focus on core subjects and specialize in technology without any deviation, M.Tech is the right choice. If you look for widening and generalizing your career scope, then go for an MBA.     If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE.
