Which course should I pursue after completing my class 12th?

I want to pursue B.Tech, but I am afraid that I won't be able to qualify the entrance exam.

You should try for B.Tech. B.Tech is better than B.Sc. You can join a good college and work hard.

If you are not sure about qualifying the entrance exam, then you are unfit to pursue B.Tech. You can get a seat in a college to pursue B.Tech through management quota. Contact the college administration for the admission procedure.

You need to make sure that you are getting good marks in class 12th, like 80% or above then make sure that you are getting good marks in JEE main and advanced. You can opt for good colleges NIT and IIT and your favourite branch or top private colleges like BITSAT, VIT, etc.
If you are not qualified for best colleges, don't get panic. Now, work smartly it's your life do whatever you want to do for your best future. There are many other choices that can you do after class 12th.

First you need to decide the subject, which interest you. If you are doing better in mathematics and science, then you can join engineering and if not then try you can try B.Com, BBA or hotel management.
