It depends on your area of interest, expertise and choice. If one has good fashion sense and has expertise in designing apparels, then fashion designing is a lucrative career option. If one has flair in writing and news reporting, then journalism is an ideal option.
Interior designing is a good career option for those with streak of creativity and into design space. So, depending upon your aptitude and long term interest one may pursue any of them. -
It depends on your interest and capabilities that in which course can you give your best.
All of them are creative and practical subjects.
Mass communication and journalism has a lot to do with writing so choose this one only if you think you can write.
Other 2 are the core designing subjects. -

Anup, all the fields are good and demand creativity. You see for yourself your creativity and interest lies in which field and choose the course accordingly.
Fashion designing and Interior Designing are the courses that allow you to have your own entrepreneurial start-up where as in Journalism this is not possible but yes you can go for freelancing there.
Go for a good university like Lovely, Amity etc where you will get a lot of exposure and ample opportunities because of the location as well as the efforts of the institution.
Good Luck. -
