    You can register for PhD after PGDM if you are interested in reserach or teaching. If you have done PGDM from an institute whose degree is approved equivalent to MBA by AIU then you are eligible for higher education such as M.Phil and PhD. You can do professional certifications such as CFA, IIBA, BCS, SAP to enhance your employability.
