Hi,
You can go in for PhD in management in the subject which you have majors in at LPU or you also have the option to go for MS in some good US university.
PhD opens the doors to coveted and respected career in teaching and think tank level positions in corporate.

After MBA, you can go for Ph.D in Management:
Research in management must address contemporary issues and lead us in the direction of implementable solutions. Such research requires scholars to develop familiarity with ground realities as well as an ability to formulate rigorous research projects.

It depends on your stream of specialisation. You could do some additional courses required to enhance your job profile. You could also apply for Ph.D if you are interested in further studies. You could also learn some software used in the corporate sector to add up to your skills.
