Which course should I pursue among B.Com and BCA?

I belong to the commerce background. I have a keen interest in both accountancy and computer applications.

My suggestion is that you can pursue BCA as it has better scope in future than B.Com. Wish you all the best.

From BCA and B.Com, if you have a job perspective both in government and in private sector, go with BCA as it has much better opportunities for getting a job even after graduating and if you do MCA that will be the best for you as you'll become eligible for much more jobs. And nowadays BCA is much in demand both in government and private sector.
Besides, if you want to become a CA or CS. I would recommend you to go with B.Com as this is much close and relevant graduation course for these jobs.
