    See biotechnology is expanding day by day. If you will choose biotechnology then it will be more beneficial for you.

    Hi, the question is subjective, the opinions may differ from person to person. Both these fields are specialisation specific, Simply graduating may not be enough, you might have to study further and go into research in a big way, M.Tech and Ph.D. would lead you to these organizations depending upon your research area. Pursuing these programs from ordinary colleges will not be enough, you will have to do these from top universities/colleges of high repute like LPU. You need to assess your interests and aptitude.     You can go for B.Sc. Biotechnology or B.Tech Biotechnology after your 12th with PCM. It might become quite difficult to survive in biotechnology because a PCM student is unaware of basic concepts of biology which are roots of biotechnology. Biotechnology is nothing but technical biology, where we use technology to develop or manipulate the nature's creation. In other words withe help of technology we exploit natures creation for the betterment of human life. A PCM student can be successful in biotechnology just by few things:
    1. In the vacations after 12th boards, he should join some coaching or do self study of basic biology.
