Which course should I pursue among B.Tech and M.Tech from Australia to become a computer engineer?

If your 10 + 2 grades are good enough you should try for BS or B.Eng. Going during the Bachelor degree program sometimes is more useful as it gives you better exposure at an early stage. Its totally your choice, you must keep in mind factors like requirements, budget etc.
