Which course should I pursue among MBA and PGDM?
Which course should I pursue among MBA and PGDM? I have completed all my degrees from arts specialisation and my last degree was MA. Also, I am currently working in the retail sector.

MBA is more theoretical but a degree course.
PGDM is more practical and less theoretical but it is a Diploma course.

PGDM should be done from a reputed college.
Otherwise, it is better to do an MBA.
