Which course should I pursue amongst SAP, CATIA and solid works?

I have done M.Tech with 82% in advanced manufacturing systems. Currently, I am working as a quality engineer. I have learnt AutoCAD and pro-e.

You have an M Tech at hand, as you move up the ladder you might get an opportunity to bargain with your management to head your systems department. Why not think about doing an MBA in Systems that you may get an opportunity to climb up the ladder too from your education?
