Which course should I pursue as I want to join ISRO as a scientist or engineer?

You are advised to appear in JEE to seek admission in IIST. IIST is an ISRO sponsored institute to train professionals for space organisations of India. Graduates engineers of IIST are absorbed by ISRO and other space program orgs of Government of India.

Admission in IIST is based on JEE Advanced score. Therefore, you will have to crack both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
