It depends on your stream in class 11 and 12th. If you have science, then you can go for B.Tech. If you have commerce, then you can go for B.Com or BBA. If you have computers with science and interested in computers, programming languages or web designing, then you can go for BCA.

Both the courses are good. One should choose a course according to their interest. I would say, you can opt for newer fields like travel and tourism as it is the most booming sector these days. Even, if you run a travel blog, you can earn a lot of money because people are now looking towards a new direction of life.

    It depends on your interest.
B.Tech is more of a technical course, requires a lot of hard work but if you perform well it pays off well too. You can get placed in good MNC's and engineering have more opportunities and higher pay because of technical study.
BBA is more of a managerial course, it trains students to to become entrepreneur and lead a company as a manager, it requires a bit more study and to get to managerial level, you need to do MBA as well.
    So, choose accoridngly.
    Top BBA colleges are:
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
    Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar
    Barkatullah University, Bhopal
    University Of Lucknow, Luc

B.Tech is a better degree as compared to BBA/BCA. BBA can get you an MBA, BCA can get you MCA. My suggestion would be B.Tech from your choice of branch (I recommend CSE ). Else, I recommend BCA and then MCA. Computer science and IT is the safe zone to play in order to get a safe job.
