Which course should I pursue BBA or B.Tech?

Harsh though both the courses are good but B.Tech is better being a professional degree. So, I think you should go for B.Tech as it will open better prospects for you.

Both options of doing MBA after BBA or B.Tech are equally good. B.Tech has slight advantage that you have an engineering degree, which will help you get good jobs in engineering firms after MBA.
