Both options of doing MBA after BBA or B.Tech are equally good. B.Tech has slight advantage that you have an engineering degree, which will help you get good jobs in engineering firms after MBA. With BBA MBA you will get mostly non technical managerial role after MBA. If you aim is Marketing or HR you may opt for BBA MBA as you will save one year.
