Since you are already in a job of EPC document controller, an MBA in HR does not help. A distance learning MBA is helpful only if you are in similar job. Normally, a document controller works in the area of coordinating all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents ,drawings and commercial correspondence. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Considering this, your qualification should be such that it should help you to grow in your career. As stated, HR has nothing to do with this activities.

    Hi Meenu,
As you are a post graduate (MBA-Hr), i would suggest you to continue with your job. Specifically search Hr based jobs which will increase the value for your degree.
I would like Govind_S to guide you on this.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
