Which course should I pursue for better career prospects SAP, ABAP or Oracle Developer? Which are the good institutes I may get admission?

I have completed BSCIT in 2010 & .NET course in 2011 & for past 4 yrs i am working as support engineer.But now i want to change my profile as a soft developer. So pls suggest me which course i should go for.SAP ABAP,Oracle developer or any other & also tell me how much i will get as start pay scale.
