You should go for BJMC : bachelors in journalism and mass communication wherein you can branch off to film production also. Check some good colleges giving you a good platform and wide exposure. Check it from CHITKARA, LPU, GALGOTIA. I have heard LPU gives good exposure to students, check all sites
