Which course should I pursue from Canada?

I completed my graduation in B.Sc in CE in 2015, have some work experience and want to further go to Canada.

Hi Rajender, Which course have you done among B.Sc and BE? Most universities in Canada do not accept a three year Bachelor's degree.

I have completed my graduation in computer science and most of the Bachelor's degrees are of 3 years.
