Hi,
You may choose either of the two as there are universities offering best courses here. What will matter to you is the post-study work visa opportunities which are better in Canada right now.

And if you've read the answer carefully, both have opportunities provided you have the right skill set and talent for it. Read about both on the internet and see which course you can relate more to as you have to study it for the next 3-4 years.
