Which course should I pursue, I have a keen interest in physics and maths?

You can opt for Diploma in electronics engineering or B.Tech after 12th in PCM. For a better career you can go through 12th standard. -
There are lots of courses in physics and mathematics. If you want your career in this field then choose science stream first and then go for other field choices. First, concentrate on your 10th standard. You will get lot of time after your exam to choose the field.
