Which course should I pursue, I scored 49.8 percent marks in my B.Sc in biology?

With this percentage of marks,it will be difficult for your to get admission in Masters course. In my opinion you should go for degree n Masters program with other subjects like political Science,sociology,history etc . Or go for teaching degree like b.ed, jpt, ntt to make your career in this field.
