Which course should I pursue if I fail to qualify the medical entrance exam?
I opted for biology as the main subject in HSC.

If you are very much interested in medical field then don't think like this. Be positive and think that you can. If you have failed once, try for it the next year and in the meanwhile keep preparing for it to make sure that you qualify it this time. You can make yourself a good medical aspirant.
