Join any job oriented program to make your career in the aviation sector. They would assist you to get a job at the airport. You need to complete your class 12th, first.
I would suggest, you should join IGIA, AHA or DATHM as they provide quality training with job assistance.

Yes you can definitely pursue aviation with a commerce background.You cannot go for an MBA right after your 12th standard. For this graduation is a must.
