Which course should I pursue in IT field from abroad? Which are the good colleges for the same?

First and foremost, you must know why you want to change to IT and also have a good statement of purpose prepared through which you can show your interest in this area. You must check the university websites for admission requirements, for further studies in IT you must have the relevant education b

Don't worry about finance. You must have a strong and better intent of study. As far as finance is concerned consider a bank loan and if you a deserving candidate then the university can give you a scholarship as well.
